July Service/Sales Feedback



Peter A.- 7/21/2010- I would like to thank Shaun Woodward for the attention he gave us through the entire process. He was also very detailed when we pick up our vehicle to be sure we were familiar with all of it's functions. He did a wonderful job.



Trisha-S- 7/23/2010- I must say that your dealership is a refined process that works! Frank, Sam and Marion were excellent! I will deal with Scranton next time I purchase a vehicle. No run arounds which I have no toleration



Jamie, T.- 7/17/2010- This has been my 3rd vehicle ive purchased from Scranton Motors and the 4th vehicle ive purchased from Marian Panek. I followed him from Schaller in New Britian and have been nothing but pleased with Scranton's customer service. I recommend Scranton to all my friends and family. Ed Soares was wonderful as well as a pleasure to work with.



Dianne B. 7/21/2010- I brought my 2001 Buick Regal in for an estimate a week ago and Lori was able to get me an appointment on Tuesday. The mechanic, Tom, was very thorough replacing my stabilizer bar and arm bushings. I asked for photos and the parts. I was pleasantly surprised when I received color photos of the underside of my car and the parts were in my trunk. My dad was a Part Manager in another dealership for 40 yrs and I know he will be interested in viewing the photos and seeing the parts that were replaced thank you for your excellent service!!
